Blaire Fanning
CEO

Blaire Fanning has been an advertising professional for more than 30 years. As a 1982 graduate of Rockford College, Illinois, she is the former publisher of San Jose Jazz Magazine, Napa Valley Conference Bureau, and Gilroy Garlic Festival. She has also written articles for regional and national magazines.  She has earned many top awards for advertising programs over the years in sales and media development. She specializes in media buying and marketing campaigns. She co-founded MCA in 2004 and went on to acquire Russell Johns Associates in 2014.

Steve Juanette
Director of Financial Operations

Steve Juanette has more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting management, and operations. He is a 1980 graduate of University of Electronics, Florida. Steve has been with Trek Microwave Systems, Tampa, FL for more the 25 years.  He was also one of the co-founders of MCA in 2004.

Raenelle Turnbull
Press Release & Newspaper Support Coordinator

Raenelle Turnbull is the engine behind our Press Release Division and Newspaper Support Coordinator.  She is responsible for masterminding some of the most effective optimization tools for press releases in the industry. She attended Rockford Business College and Rockford University.  In 2003 she joined the MCA staff after relocating from the Chicago area. She spent 15 years as a real estate professional and a graduate of GRI and CRS State of Illinois programs.  She received national recognition for her award winning marketing campaigns.

RaeAnne Meyer
Director of Media Strategy

RaeAnne Meyer has been with our team for close to a decade. She is a graduate from Bethany College, Kansas, earning a BA in Communications and English. She started as a sales rep in 2006 but quickly progressed through the ranks. She was Director of Sales from 2008-2011 before obtaining the title of Director of Media Strategy in 2012.  Her passion for advertising is only exceeded by her quick wit and thinking.

Jim Lamb
Senior Staff Writer

Jim Lamb is a former reporter and copy desk editor for the Tampa Tribune. He was also an award-winning section editor for the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. A graduate of the University of South Florida having double-majored in Mass Communication and Political Science, Lamb has extensive experience writing and editing as well as developing web content, marketing material, training manuals, and technical documentation for a number of Bay area companies.

 Alex Clevenger
Senior National Broadcast Media Specialist

Alex Clevenger has been a media coordinator at MCA since early 2013. He services national accounts and takes great pride in making the clients happy. Having a BA in advertising from Michigan State University, he understands what it takes to make a campaign successful.  He calls both Florida and Michigan home.

 Kelsey Schepmann

Media Coordinator and Support

Kelsey Schepmann graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in American Studies. Kelsey has a variety of experience in sales and marketing and has spent the last two years as a Human Resources Recruiter. She now assists MCA with content writing, social media, and marketing campaigns, as well as negotiating and placing print ads.

Marla Korenich

Labor Certification Recruitment Specialist

Marla Korenich graduated with a BA in Mass Communications from University of South Florida, St. Petersburg. Her works have been published in the Tampa Bay Times, Sarasota Herald-Tribune, and various blog platforms. She uses her skills learned from working in the journalism field to work quickly and efficiently in Labor Certification.
